About Justina
Justina Johnson is the Co-Owner and Principal Broker of The Heritage Group Real Estate Co., where she leads with steady wisdom, real-world experience, and a deep investment in people. With a passion for building strong, capable agents, Justina developed a custom in-house training curriculum designed to equip each team member with the tools and confidence they need to thrive.
As Principal Broker, she oversees contracts, compliance, and transaction support—bringing both professionalism and approachability to every step of the process. Her leadership is calm, consistent, and rooted in integrity—raising the standard for how a brokerage should support its people.
A lifelong River Valley native, Justina lives in Alma, Arkansas, and is the proud mother of Jordyn, Addison, Sydney, Brody, and Silas. While not all of her children are still at home, family remains her greatest joy and motivation. She’s a committed supporter of local schools and small businesses, and her heart for community shows in everything she does. Justina currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Western River Valley Board of Realtors and leads as MLS Committee Chair. With over seven years of service on the MLS Committee—including time as Vice President in 2018—she continues to steward her influence with humility, clarity, and a quiet strength that sets the tone for the entire company.
