Justina Johnson - Owner/Principal Broker

Since the beginning of her real estate career, Justina Johnson has been on the fast track. Her approach to real estate brings a warmth and sincerity that fosters a collaborative and forward-thinking environment wherever she goes.

A multi-million dollar producer and award winning real estate professional, Justina became a broker after two years as a licensed agent. She served as Executive Broker of a top producing real estate firm in the River Valley, growing the then new office to one of the most successful in Fort Smith. In 2019, she set out with her business partner, Erica Bankston, to open a brokerage focused on people and top-level marketing. Their desire was to create a family atmosphere where people were invested in and rooting for one another. Stepping into the role of Principal Broker/Owner, The Heritage Group was born, and the heart to pour into agents and clients, to provide the services that agents need to succeed, has been present the entire way.

Developing a custom, in-house training curriculum for every member of the HG team, Justina brought in her experience and expertise to ensure that new agents are equipped with the right tools to do their job well. The Heritage Group now has 19 agents and counting. Justina is a native of the River Valley and currently resides in Alma, Arkansas with her five children. Justina has been a member of the Western River Valley Board of Realtors for many years, currently serves on the Board of Directors, and is the acting MLS Committee Chair.
