Born and raised in Van Buren, Michele Dudley is deeply connected to the people and place she calls home. With 12 years of experience as a registered nurse working alongside families of children with special needs, Michele is no stranger to walking with people through life’s most meaningful—and sometimes challenging—seasons.

She brings that same steady, servant-hearted approach to real estate. With degrees in both Mathematics and Nursing, plus years of leadership training, Michele is equal parts strategic and compassionate. She believes real estate isn’t just about houses—it’s about helping people find peace, possibility, and a plan for what’s next.

Michele and her husband live in the River Valley and have three children, one daughter-in-law, and a grandson who keeps them smiling. She loves being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her extended family.
