With a lifelong connection to both farm living and city life, Debbie Hartsell brings a unique blend of experience, heart, and expertise to every client she serves. Raised on a farm in Waldron, Debbie understands the value of land, lifestyle, and legacy—yet she’s equally at home navigating the vibrancy of city neighborhoods. This balanced perspective allows her to guide clients toward properties that truly match the way they live.
Before stepping into real estate, Debbie spent thirty years in community banking, beginning at Bank of Waldron, serving two decades with First National Bank of Fort Smith, and ultimately leading as Community Bank President at Arvest. She is also a proud graduate of the Graduate Banking School at LSU. Her extensive background in finance, leadership, and client service laid a powerful foundation for her real estate career—a career built on trust, follow-through, and exceeding expectations.
Over the span of thirteen years, Debbie and her husband purchased and renovated seven homes, even flipping a couple along the way. She fell in love with the process—the vision, the transformation, the ability to turn a house into something new. That passion ultimately inspired her to pursue her real estate license, bringing her experience full circle into a profession she genuinely enjoys.
Today, with one and a half years as a licensed agent, Debbie is known for her steady communication, her thoughtful guidance, and her commitment to doing more than her clients expect. Whether she’s helping someone find their forever home or navigating the details of a sale, Debbie brings energy, integrity, and a service-driven mindset to every transaction.
Debbie and her husband, Richard Bost, have called Fort Smith home—three different times—and happily returned each time. Her favorite pastimes include golf, Mahjongg, and decorating homes. She has also served her community as Past President of Rotary and Past Chairman of the Chamber Board for Eureka Springs, reflecting her ongoing passion for leadership and connection.
