About Kathryn
As a lifelong Crawford County resident, Kathryn Edwards is passionate about helping others find not just a house, but a place to truly call home. Raised in Mountainburg and now living in Van Buren with her husband, Justin, their daughter, Emma Kate, and their Aussiedoodle, Snickerdoodle, Kathryn has deep roots in the River Valley and a genuine love for the community she serves.
Kathryn’s passion for real estate grew through years of renovating homes and building new construction projects alongside her husband. From searching for the perfect piece of property to watching a vision come to life, she discovered how meaningful the home-buying journey can be and knew she wanted to help other families experience the same excitement.
Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for land, or looking for an investment opportunity, Kathryn is committed to serving every client with honesty, integrity, and personalized care. She believes that every real estate experience should be built on trust, clear communication, and lasting relationships.
Before beginning her real estate career, Kathryn spent more than 15 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, where she developed a reputation for making people feel comfortable and cared for. She brings that same relationship-focused approach to every client she serves.
Kathryn earned an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with family, serving on the PTA board at her daughter’s school, and attending MERGE Church in Van Buren.
